OrderingHow Many Frisbees Should You Order?
Ordering too few frisbees means running out an hour into a trade-show weekend; ordering too many ties up budget in a storage closet. The good news is that frisbee quantity math is simple once you know your event size and giveaway rate.
Start with your expected attendance or foot traffic, multiply by your planned giveaway rate, and round up to your style’s minimum order quantity.
The basic formula
Take your expected attendee count, multiply by the share of attendees you expect to hand a disc to (typically 40–70% at a trade show booth, closer to 100% for a camp or team roster), and add a 10–15% buffer for breakage, samples, and staff. Most single-event orders land comfortably inside our 100-unit minimum.
| Program size | Typical order | Suggested style |
|---|---|---|
| Single booth or classroom | 100–250 | Mini Promo |
| Team, camp session, or department | 250–750 | Classic 175g |
| Conference or multi-day festival | 1,000–3,000 | Classic 175g or Mini |
| Franchise / multi-location retail | 5,000+ | Mixed styles |
Account for the calendar
Peak seasons — summer camp kickoff, back-to-school tailgates, festival season — can double normal order volume for a few weeks. Rather than over-ordering for the whole year, place a standing order sized for your typical event and a smaller top-up order two to three weeks ahead of a known spike, well within our standard lead time.
