Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom frisbees — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 100 frisbees for standard full-color printed or screen-printed styles. Smaller sample runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for stadium giveaways and multi-location programs.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical disc before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix frisbee styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles — say a Classic for the team and a Mini for the tailgate crowd — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, disc colors, and print specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both disc color and print so your frisbees match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each disc?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or numbers and we can personalize each disc — common for camp cabins and team rosters.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About two to three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; larger runs and the Giant Team Frisbee sit toward the higher end of that window.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a firm event date — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations — common for multi-campus and multi-location programs.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom frisbees cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.85 to $7.95 per unit depending on style and decoration, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, disc style, color, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and schools.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What colors and finishes are available?
White, Neon Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, and Glow-in-the-Dark, with custom Pantone matching on request.
Is the print really durable?
Yes. Prints are baked into or infused with the disc surface depending on the decoration method, so they resist fading, cracking, and peeling through years of outdoor use.
What are the discs made of?
Durable, flexible HDPE disc plastic on our standard styles, with soft-flex thermoplastic on the Dog Sport disc and nylon-reinforced fabric on the Foldable Travel disc.
Are the discs safe for dogs?
Our Dog Sport Flying Disc is purpose-built with a soft-flex, bite-resistant edge and non-toxic ink; our standard rigid discs are best reserved for human play.
